Metabolism Boost! Get those calories burning!



Hello lovers,

As some of you may already know, boosting your metabolism helps burn calories. Your metabolism is influenced by your age, your sex and proportion of lean body mass. Here is a list of foods that will boost your metabolism and to get those calories burning. Remember, also eating small snacks during the day (2-3 times a day) helps.

Also to remember portion size! If it's hard for you to eat healthy right away, eat from small saucer plates instead of the bigger ones.
