More ways to boost your metabolism
Here are some ways to boost your metabolism. It is very important that you do not eat only a few calories because that will cause your body to crash! Happy dieting :-)
Running or Speed Walking
Build Muscle (Lift weights)
Aerobic Muscles
Drink LOT'S of water
Sex (Lot's of it....hehe)
Sinless Snacking (every 3-4 hours)
Spice up your meal (Add a tablespoon of chopped red or green chilli pepper can boost your metabolism rate)
Power up with Protein (Lean Beef, Turkey, Fish, White Meat, Chicken, Tofu, Nuts, Beans, Eggs, Low-Fat Dairy Products)
Drink Black Coffee
Recharge with Green Tea
